Nice weekend!
Söndag igen, helgerna är verkligen för korta! Har haft underbart väder den här helgen! Har umgåtts med vänner, träffat nytt folk (och hundar:), sett nya ställen, ätit Australienska pannkakor, testat nytt sommarvin, klarat av nya utmaningar..... En toppenhelg med andra ord! =)
I Fredags var vi med skolan på sydney Museum of Art, det största kontmuseumet här, var överraskad att jag faktiskt tyckte det var intressant! Är inget stort konstfan annars menmen. Just eftresom vi lär oss många olika tekniker etc på Drawing lektionerna är det intressant att se hur de används.
På kvällen var vi 6 pers som gick till Elkington park i Balmain där de hade utomhus bio -gratis! Hur mysigt som hellst, med hamnen bredvis oss, trevligt sällskap och bra film (Inception). Måste göras oftare!
Igår åkte jag och Alex till Bondi Beach, hade frukost, slöade oss lite på stranden och tog en öl som perfekt avslutning. Kvällen spenderades i Darling harbour med tyska tjejgänget -så skönt att jag kan prata tyska här, var innan rädd för att jag skulle tappa bort språket. Men både Svenska och Tyska övas flitigt här =)
Precis tagit ut tvätten ur torktumlarn -effektivt men hatar att den är så varm. Är tillräkligt svårt att få ner temperaturen i rummet när det är 29 grader, sedan varma sängkläder hjälper inte... Menmen, nu ska jag dra till en kompis som har pool vid lägenheten -lyx! Fattar inte att helgen är slut, vill inte ha skola imorn, vill bara semestra haha...

Sunday again, the weekends are way to short! Had wonderful weather this weekend! Was meeting friends, met new people (and dogs:), seen new places, ate Australian Pancakes (ok, it is American style..), tried new summerwine, faced new challenges... With other words, a great weekend! =)
This Friday we were with school at Sydney Museum of Art, one of the biggest art museeums here, and suprisingly I liked it! Not normally an art fan. But interesting to see how the techniques that we are learning in Drawing classes are used in real life.
The evening was spent with a group of people going to Elkington Park in Balmain where they had open air cinema -for free! Really cosy, with the harbour next to us, nice company and great film (Inception). Will for sure visit there more often!
Yesterday me and Alex went to Bondi, had breakfast, spent lazy time on the beach and had a beer as perfect finish at a nice cafe. The evening was spent in Darling harbour with the German girls and cocktails, is great that I can practice my German here, was afraid that i would loose it, but is no risk of forgetting either German or Swedish here. =)
Just got my wash out of the dryer, really dont like that the bedsheets are so hot, is hard enough to get the temperature down in the room as it is (have 29 degrees).. But anyway, will cool down in a friends pool now, good thing with a lot of my friends that have their own apartments is that there often is a pool -luxury! Really can't believe the weekend is over already, dont wanna go to school tomorrow, just wanna have vacation here =)
